Back-Orders:

We offer the ability to place Backorder purchases on select products.

Backorders are items that are for sale but we currently do not have in stock at our store but are able to acquire from our suppliers.

Due to the process involved with backorders, there is an increase in shipping & handling time. Typically, items should be received within 7-10 business days but cannot be guaranteed.

If Orders consist of in stock items or other Back-Order items, orders will not be shipped until ALL items are in stock. If you would like to receive in stock items in the typical shipping and handling timeframe, please place separate orders for in stock items and Back-Order items.

Pre-Orders:

Forever Pokenerds offers Pre-Order sales on upcoming products we have reserved or have confirmed allocations for by our suppliers. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

If Orders consist of in stock items or other Pre-Order items releasing on different days,  the orders will not be shipped until ALL items are in stock. If you would like to receive in stock items in the typical shipping and handling timeframe, please place separate orders for in stock items and pre-order items.

For Pre-Orders from overseas regions such as Japan, Korea, and China we will ship pre-orders as soon as they arrive; but allow 7-10 days for orders to arrive in the United States after the release date. 

If your order is flagged as a potential Fraud Risk (IE: Mismatched Billing/Shipping addresses, Unable to verify CVV code, Mistmatched IP addresses, etc.) We will most likely Cancel your order and inform you of the fraud risk. Please contact us if you believe the Fraud Risk is incorrect to attempt another purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and provide a full refund to the purchaser before fulfillment of the order. This will always be our worst case scenario if all other options are unsuccessful with providing the product

If you place multiple orders for items that have a "Per Customer Limit", the orders over the limit will be cancelled unless otherwise arranged. Purchasers who abuse this rule by creating multiple names, addresses, etc. will have all orders cancelled and will not be allowed to purchase those products.

At this time, all Pre-Order products must be paid in full at the time of purchase to ensure your reservation.
