Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
cancellation requests MUST be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed to attempt to cancel the order. Orders can be cancelled before the items are shipped by contacting us at Cromacollectibles@gmail.com. Rush-Order items are usually shipped within 24 hours so these requests must be sent in as soon as possible after placing the order.
Note: All order cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% Cancellation fee. All items that are in-stock, pre-order, or back-order are subject to the fee.
If your order is cancelled by us for any reason without your request, you will NOT be charged the 10% cancellation fee.
If you are found to be using 3rd party software and/or bots to place orders on our website, or abusing order limits by creating multiple accounts, your order will be immediately cancelled and will be charged the full 10% cancellation fee.

Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30- day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Proof of purchase and a receipt will be required.
To start a return, you can contact us at Cromacollectibles@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send the products back to us. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or having been tampered with will not be accepted.
In the event that the package is returned to use due to inaccurate .or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the products will be refunded, however, any shipping costs will not be refunded. These will also be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used to place the order. If the original payment method is no longer available, you are responsible for contacting the payment provider in order to receive your funds. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect on your statement.
Damages, Missing Items, or Other Issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon its arrival. If there are any issues such as damage, missing items, or other issues with the order, please contact us within 48 hours. Inquires made after 48 hours of receiving the order will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Note: Some products do come with manufacturer defects such as minor cuts in shrink wrap, loose glue on cardboard boxes, dents, etc. Minor manufacturer defects will not be offered any sort of refunds. We will always do our best to provide excellent condition products however cannot guarantee it. If you are a sealed collector, please leave a note indicating as so. We will reach out to you if we are unable to fulfill the requirement.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Digital Items
ALL DIGITAL ITEM SALES ARE FINAL. Digital items are e-mailed to you shortly after purchase and cannot be returned to us. Digital items are non-refundable.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations During a Sale
Refunds, returns, and cancellations during a sale are not allowed. once the sale has ended, you may contact us to cancel your order if it has not shipped yet. Cancellations are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee at the original price of the item prior to the sale.
